100 crunches

10 push ups

25 back arches

100 crunches

10 push ups

100 side bends (snake dance)

25 back arches

100 scissor arms and feet

100 crunches (tae bo sides)

100 leg lifts

100 crunches

1 min shoulder circles

1 min flutter kick

50 lunges

@csnizzle - i heard that eventually your body gets a little immune to repetitive crunches and such. true? and how often is too often to do a routine like this? i was thinking 3x a week. then doing other stuff on the other days.
